Having some truck issues with a new company and needing advice.

    Hopefully things have improved for you by now. I’d recommend sticking it out with this company. But I’d also recommend being a squeaky wheel when it comes to getting a different truck.

    That's beyond ridiculous. Pretty obvious it's a problem truck, and they are rarely ever fixed. They are taking advantage of you, probably because they think they have you trapped because you're a rookie. Make #### sure you document everything. Any messages of any kind, any work orders, etc. Everything.

    I would tell them you need another truck now, or you're gone. You HAVE to protect your record. It's a serious safety issue when a truck is constantly breaking down. If you drive it you are responsible, no matter what kind of pressure they put on you. A good driver has a backbone.
