Im kinda confused. An application is asking for violations. A job is asking me to report any traffic violations or accidents ive had in the past 3 years. I had one accident(not at fault) and a ticket for being overweight on a street i wasnt supposed to be on. that I paid. But when I look at my drivers license record I dont see them on my record. I was also stopped by a DOT cop and only got a written warning. Not a citation. Do I have to report these?
So what do i have to report to employer when applying?

Don't overcomplicate this information. Just answer the questions asked. DO NOT under any circumstances volunteer information not asked for. Take a moment to look at the actual question. If they want only 3 years' worth of history DO NOT give them more. But it behooves* you to be honest when you answer what is asked for!
