Give the E-7s a hard look. Pretty much the same as the E-6. Same 4.875 bore as the E-6 but a half in longer stroke 6.5in instead of 6.0 and buttress bolts in the side of the block to keep the crank from walking. The 427 that this one has is 1560tq. Same as most tractors on the highway now. Most of em are still around 450/1550/1650. Injectors and turbo will get ya close to 600. There's a tri-axle dump running around south jersey with 700hp. Antrim in Greencastle pa had it on the dyno. Here's what wakes em up for 400$ + oversize injectors at 175 a pop. And a 600$ 75mm bw turbo
Gives it full rack travel from the get go. Plugs into the Gov housing on the back of the pump. Needs a pyro with stock turbo. With the big 1.32 housing you can keep your foot in it all day and the pyro won't go above 1000
S475 vs stock turbo. Avg 7.00mpg across the board. Sometimes more sometimes a bit less

We pulled a short dump trailer with it for a while. If you got out of whack backing up, you'd have to pull up and get right. No way you could spin the wheel fast enough to correct it.
