Oh man i think u got it. I totally forgot about amazon and the destructors of the highway they have become

 

I'm thinking low rate contract carrier, trying to decide between Amazon or FedWrecks doubles.

Either way I'm highly confident there is a contract with too tight of a delivery window as the root of the problem. Most likely not a problem now cause the contract will be cancelled......

 

I'm wondering if the unseen trucking migration is from FedEx contract to Amazon Contract.
