I just watch this guy's videos but he does a lot of custom Kenworth and you look at his other videos he seems to know what special stuff you can get.

It takes a good salesman to order the truck that fits your vision of how you want it to look when it goes on the road. No sense in having stuff installed at the factory that will just be removed at the dealer. Little things like making sure there is no frame steps or deck plate to keep the factory from installing grab handles on the back of the bunk as part of the frame access package.

I'd order from your local dealer (or one nearest where you spend most of your time). Typically they tend to look after you better if you've bought a truck or 2 from them and give them a fair amount of business (warranty, repairs, parts etc). I know the dealer my old man dealt with would go so far as to take parts off a stock truck on the lot if they had to to get him back on the road. That's customer service!

That part is certainly true of my local, small, Kenworth dealership. However, they screwed up my order several different ways, including no second bunk and the wrong color. I'm very hesitant to order the next truck from them.
