Good Companies that run solo right after training

I dont think there is a single one, Just because you have graduated from cdl school doesnt mean companies trust you to drive a truck.

Most schools are only there to get you to pass your test then hand you off to a mega carrier.

But if you are in training, you already have a job right?
Are you saying that your friend has finished training and wants to change companies?
Best to stay with the one that brung ya for at least 6 months of he will probably have to go out with a trainer again

Unless it’s a team situation, almost every company is solo after you get off the trainers truck.....

 

Watkins and Shepard used to do that but Schneider bought the company and everything went kaput.
