Good Companies that run solo right after training

What are you trying to do? For flatbed melton and maverick seem to be good from what I hear, id recommend them even though I had a bad experiance at melton orientation and left to go local.

 

No, CRST is the only one that requires teaming after training. All the others are solo, unless you specifically ask to team. Well, maybe TLD Logistics that hauls auto parts, but not positive. TLD trains in Knoxville; call and ask.
Your friend from Knoxville, will he/she attend private cdl school or trucking company cdl school?

 

If I had it to do over again , I think I would go with one of these. Reefer is nice steady work but if you are just going to be training anyway, why not learn a skill at the same time?

 

Most are solo, they call them company driver jobs, once this person gets his CDL, he will have to go with a trainer from 3-5 weeks or more if they have trouble backing, the logs or other stuff.
