unfortunately I live here. my local route starts in the afternoon during the worst part of the day(1PM~9PM) and requires me to drive through the heart of atlanta, TWICE. I used to take 285 up to GA400, but there's just too many dangerous merges, traffic chokepoints and other ########. Now I take 75 to GA400. I can stay in one lane the entire way to my destination. Much safer and faster. Trucks aren't supposed to go through downtown Atlanta but it's actually much better for local drivers. Just gotta watch your tracking because the lanes are narrow as hell.

I drove from Naples to St Pete last week in my hitop conversion van doing 75mph on I-75 , as that's as fast and slow as I dare run that road.

Most of the traffic is running 85 mph with multiple people dangerously swerving thru traffic with no signals doing a 100 plus.

This app that shows where the cops are is what all the speeders are using so they run like its a cannonball.

I used to run fast back in the day but that was at night and very low traffic conditions.

Now a days if you don't get out of their way they are 2 inches off your bumper and passing you with inches between bumpers .

It's Out and Out WreckLess driving and reckless endangerment of life .
