Doesn't make any difference unless you plumb it like a bus with two height control valves for lateral roll stability

Does replacing springs and shocks fix it back to level?

is it a difficult job to replace the cab mount bushings, or whatever would wear/bend to allow cab to be leaning? I've got basically the same distance between steer leaf springs and the frame stop on both sides, but cab is 3 inches lower on passenger side, cab air bags in the back are visibly obvious too, driver side bag is a lot more inflated

The biggest problem is getting access to the nuts on the inside of the frame. It is a really tight fit and you can't really see them, so I had to get the wrench on by feeling for it. Other than that, it's not complicated. Remove the splash guards, jack the cab up, remove the bolts, and replace the part.
