Chicoda carriers out of Beatrice Nebraska

I run a feed truck locally. It's not a glamours job but it pays the bills and I have the benefit of being home every night with my kids. I still own 1 truck that I'll eventually get around to restoring, but it was for the best. Wife says she doesn't miss my mistress, I do but such is life. I've got 3 kids that I get to see every night now.

As for chicoda it's been a while since I was in the office there but last time I was in there nothing had changed. Still a straight shooting owner, dispatch is still great and all around good people. I have nothing bad to say about them, and I don't believe I ever will.

 

I don’t have anything bad to say about them either. I met a couple of their guys (co trucks) @ Sioux City & said they were doing only east coast now. I was like, what?!?!?! But I know how business can change & u got to do what’s profitable for u. I haven’t contacted them yet to confirm

 

Running only east wouldn't surprise me at this point with the current economy. I know some of their biggest customers were out east, at least last I knew, it has been a while since I've talked with them.

I can say you can believe just about everything they say its open book when they hire on, and they're straight shooting and up front. Probably one of the most stand up no b.s. outfits I've ever seen. And about one of the only places I've ever seen that no matter the time somebody will answer the phone 24/7/365

 

I agree with everything u said 100%. It’s been over 10 years since I was there & have never forgotten about them. I’m kinda tempted to drop by the office to visit & take them out to eat. They were always fair honest & transparent with me. Truly 1 of the very few places I can say was a pleasure to work with
