Any W.W.Williams or Stewart & Stevenson will do it right.

Yeah, those are even farther away...
Kinda wanted to spend time with family while the truck is in the shop. Hence Sacramento area.
But I'll definitely take a look at that Patterson place -
They'll have room for everyone in the lobby or you can get one of those rooms with like 4 beds or adjoining rooms.

Ali’s truck repair on weyand ave is a pretty good shop. Average hourly rate and the father and son really know there stuff.

Where did you find that? Freightliner is quoting me 4500.

A local place in Detroit. Do you have an account at that Freightliner? Usually when you do the price is cheaper.
I have an account at a local Volvo dealership. A friend called to buy a D13 reman head, they told him $5500, while under my account it was $4300 -
I don't have an account personally, but I am a Landstar bco so maybe they have a Landstar price, I don't know

Update: I now only have 9th gear and I'm stuck in Fontana.
So... any good transmission shops in Fontana area? Also, what's a good place to score cheap rebuild transmission around here?
