Maybe I’m seeing things but it looks like the car brakes when he started pushing it. Why? If a truck hit my rear at a stop light and it turned green I’d floor it and try not to be run over. Who knows what the situation was a mile or two before this intersection? Was this car harassing the driver?
Shame we only have a traffic cam that gives a small part of the story. So let’s make sure we hang the guy without knowing the full story... I mean the way things are in today’s world it’s not innocent until proven guilty right? That’s old school/old law stuff....God prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
Maybe was stoned and missed it.

If you can't, then you ought not be driving a big rig.drvrtech77, Gearjammin' Penguin and John E. Thank this. -
Looks like the truck driver is in the wrong lane if he was really making a turn.
Flat Earth Trucker, truckdriver31 and God prefers Diesels Thank this. -
No matter how you slice it, accidental or on purpose, the driver was in the wrong. But cars ####ing around at a light, not paying attention is faaaar more annoying than this one trucker.
slow.rider and F4T6UY Thank this. -
T.Rucker Thanks this.

that has the engine running ?? -
it’s possible he didn’t see the car but I’d bet money if we saw a longer clip of the video , the car was there before he pulled up . If that was the case there is no excuse to hit it .
For years I drove a Ford LTL 9000
it has the largest, widest and tallest hood of any big truck. The hood is level , I often took naps on it if the weather was nice and I was waiting somewhere .
I didn’t have the convex crosswalk mirror and never hit anything with it.
although I always blipped the throttle before I started letting the clutch out , just in case there was anyone standing there that I couldn’t see .slow.rider Thanks this.
