There is a hose on both tanks at the fitting where the fuel outlet is hanging down on the inside. The hose should be open at the end and undamaged, a good mechanic figured out one of them had been heated and shrunk closed, and fixed that, but before he did that, someone tried to fix it by removing the valve and replacing it with a street elbow, which didn't get changed back while I had the truck.

Fixing the vent helped, but didn't cure the issue.

Those valve actuators have a ball joint that corrodes, and comes apart, at least the 2013 I had did that, those were inoperable for a long time.

I've put over half a million miles on mostly one Cascadia, but the 2018 Evolution is much better even with 278k on it than the 2013 midroof ever was, the 2014 was much better as well, and I thought the midroof was pretty good until I drove newer ones.

The 2018 doesn't appear to have shutoffs, either.
Not all were equipped with them.

Equiflo works really well, unless it doesn't, I don't know how to help for sure, just suggestions.
And the side fairings make it much harder to see or do anything about it, even the hose I mentioned is hard to get at with the Evolution, the other trucks had open tanks.

some cheap built trucks may not have shut off valves. There is another valve right there that control equal flow..
