If a guy decides to watch porn while driving has a wreck but hey he's driven 20 years the company is at fault. In those 20 years, he's jumped a lot of jobs some because of poor decisions. How about this one a man and a woman get by a semi get in front of him slam on the breaks immediately, he is found guilty simply because 2 weeks ago he messed up on his log so the evidence points to say he shouldn't have even been at that location where the wreck happen. They award the couple millions of dollars and the kid in the car chair wasn't even buckled learning to fly for a few secs and the parent won't be held accountable for the child not being buckled.

The last case a person comes up beside a semi then set cruise control while talking on cell phone one hand the other hand on the wheel, lost control of steering wheel hits a semi on the left side his semi the driver of the car gets a broken back and smashed car. The driver is found at fault distracted driving he had music playing he was using from his phone which was in the back of the bunk AUX jack attached to the radio. But the driver of the car received nothing at his expanse, 5 weeks later has another accident in his new boat hitting a jet ski at 55 mph and he gets run over by his own boat when he was thrown from boat and the boat went in a circle running him over with the prop.

The reason they sue companies is easy money and no one wants to take responsibility for there own actions. A company can recruit the best driver out there but if they decide today they want to relax get distracted have a serious accident they will be most likely at fault because the odds are against them regardless why so many cases don't get heard because they rather make a settlement then go public.
these companies are cash cows and some people will go out of there way to get hit to make there entitled money Walmart is prob the most common example.

That particular customer requires you to have your tandems all the way to the rear as long as you're in their yard. It was stated in the video

 

Yep, most customers these days want you to slide the tandems back before you even enter their facility and keep them back until you leave their property.

But sometimes I really have to wonder if drivers are getting stuck or wrecked out on purpose in Ron's territory so they can be featured on his channel lol.
