What Ive read on this forum over the years is that Crete is a decent company but they like to keep you running with hometime coming about every 3 or 4 weeks. Maybe its changed now. Yes, dry van will keep ya moving more during the day and alot more drop/hook and alot less hassle with lumpers I did refer for 7 years and enjoyed dry van way more. In fact, I would probably never go refer again because van was a cake walk!

I average3200-3400 PAID miles per week as a solo driver. Not chasing the monthly 12000 mile bonus is a huge plus. No more scheduling hometime around the bonus structure. I am now at $ .51 cpm on all miles, (I have HM Endorsement) plus $.02 annual Safety Bonus. Very happy with the new pay package!

Now wait a minute...is that pay structure for solos based on years of service at DHT? Or years of driving all together? Guess I should jump on infinity

If so, I’d be at the fifty mark. I was just relaying off of the message sent over the Qualcomm

Yes sir. I pulled reefer for two years when I got my CDL. Until I started pulling dry vans for DHT, I never knew what I was missing out on.

Making better money and sitting WAY less. And getting better rest than I ever did pulling those reefers

Looks like team driving during training or is that incorrect? Unless a trainer gets 4500 miles a week.
