The West coast, governed by liberals, think they’re might be a connection with the policies and laws they pass contributing to the tent camps, homelessness, and crime? Look at Venice beach in California, it’s now just a Shole homeless tent city.

Now you're going to be called a hater or worse. I live in a rural area of SW WI and like it that way. It's on the Mississippi River so it's a tourist haven in the summer. I cringe when they mention they'd love to live here or retire here and they're from a bigger city. It'd be fine if they left their stupid ideas there but a lot of the ones that have moved here brought those with them. The sheriff in Florida was spot on when he said don't move there and vote the same way you did before.

Ya, been keeping my pretty red hat in the cab these last few days… lol

Had a wrench tossed into the works on that Minneapolis load.

Ran back down to a Target DC outside Portland to move an empty trailer from there to the Seattle customer … simple 4 hours south grab it and head back 4 hours… but the trailer had other plans and insisted that it needed some TLC before heading north. Loves Shop was a Cluster last night and delayed me again this morning. Ugh… but the Office made it happen and took great care of getting me rolling…

our folks in the Office are tops!!!

anyway, was removed from the MN two stop since I was delayed and they swapped loads between me and another driver that could make on time delivery and put me on a different two stop heading to WI instead.

So, three solid days of driving across the top of the US for this driver… 90/94 to Chicago then around the Lake for Tuesday morning.

    stay safe

Oh, interesting thing happened today that you might see on the next safety meeting videos.

running along finally getting out of the area and a truck ahead of me totally loses it’s load of Hay/Straw… some pickup type truck was fully loaded with bales and bales of hay/straw.

something broke and his load suddenly became “less than secure” and bails fell everywhere… had that moment of “Oh Shoot where do I go” before thinking “it’s just a bail of hay if I do have to drive over one or two they should just burst if the fall from the truck and hitting the pavement didn’t already break them which many did just that. Snaked through as did most people, didn’t see any accidents from it and I kept going…

and he just kept driving too… he had to know he just lost his load… but guess didn’t care.

about a mile down the road I saw where he lost like four more bales… I guess at that point he just didn’t care.

I’m hoping to get a copy of that show… lol

I used to drive for GTI out of Pacific Washington before Heartland trucking bought them out
And they had me running from Southern California / Mexican border to the state of Washington for 2 months. I even ran on roads that had to have a one day permit that required a lot of praying! After 2 months of doing this I told work get me back to Missouri!! I can fully understand what your saying
Take care and hopefully one day we can meet up

I wondered if there were any other Gordon people at FCC. I left when Heartless bought them, went to Interstate, and I’ll be dipped, Heartless bought them too. I managed to stay a little more than a year. They ruined everything.
