I think there is some sort of driver shortage in that there is a large and growing number of unfilled job openings, but I also think there's unaccounted variables such as when a driver becomes an o/o, he creates a job opening even though he's still in a truck on the road.

I see they have like 20 new trucks at the yard which are a mix of day cabs and single sleepers.

I won’t be slip seating at this time. I’m out in rural Mn. Believe they were only hiring one position for this terminal. I was hired with no hazmat. Took the test on Monday passed. Did fingerprints today. Have drug test and dot physical on Friday. Start orientation on Tuesday next week.
