in typical fashion, the insurance company denied any more such things.
i'm thinking, that i could have slept in a position that caused this, or did something around the house?
had it happen before, took some Aleve, no problems for a long, long time. -

@D.Tibbitt
I just saw this section, cause well the last year has been crazy for me. where ever you go I wish you well.
I know where you're coming from and I've been there. I only started doing what I am doing to put some excitement back into it. But I also have a new wife and while she wants to hit the road too. I will quit for her if it comes down to it.
I enjoyed your take on things over the years. Best of luck and I hope your new adventure finds you well.Cowboyrich, D.Tibbitt, F4T6UY and 1 other person Thank this. -
that’s the only way I’ve been able to manage it.FerrissWheel, MACK E-6, John E. and 1 other person Thank this. -
Sciatica can be very uncomfortable to say the least. I have experienced the ache or pain several times, still do.
Using the cruise control when I can gives me some temporary relief. Also, I do stretching exercise's before I go to sleep when it is really stiff and sore.
I straighten my right leg out as far as I can and then turn my neck till I can't take no more pain and hold it there till I count to 50. Stretching the sciatic nerve will relieve some of the discomfort at least for me.
I try to remain totally relaxed when I'm driving, not always so easy for me to do. Sometimes, my body is tense, really for no reason. Maybe the position I've been sitting in the seat. I also drive with my seat all the way back as I find this helps me also.
Not sure I'm making any sense here but I know what you are experiencing. Maybe, some body has better answers than I. Hope so. I'm watching and listeningFerrissWheel and Midwest Trucker Thank this. -

Yes your right, walking helps me, not much to walk but I'm going to listen and take a walk with my Wife, She has been asking me several times to walk with Her. Thanks.
