What if it Snows?

That’s awful. Got the light too. Had a Guy back into mine, about same damage.

 

Lol. Really!! That’s funny. Don’t know if you ever listened to Dr. Drew and Adam Corolla, Sex Talk program. It was funny. Dr. Drew being the straight Character, Adam Corolla basically an overgrown teenager. It was funny at times. Along with The Tom Likas show. Coast to Coast. All used to keep up through the night runs. Wish I had an El Camino.

 

I’ve bought Oscar Meyer bacon a few times years ago. I recall being surprised at how much flavor it has. Now it’s Walmart brand. I think it’s called smoked. Just bacon, similar to Oscar Meyer. Great flavor and price. About the only affordable bacon I can find. All the others are so expensive, I’d rather get slab from the deli.

 

My brother in law had some good advice about boats and wives. Always buy the new boat first, before selling the old boat. If not you may never get the new one. Either way she’ll be mad. But at least when you sell the first boat, she’ll have something to be happy about. That’s why my old rusty Chrysler’s still sitting in the driveway. Next car will be an improvement. First tactic is show her something that’s 5x my price range. Then peel her off the ceiling with the actual purchase. Old Car Dealer tactic. Lol. I’ve always tried to involved my wife, even with Truck purchases. Asking her opinion, out of respect. She talked Me into getting my Classic. I was looking at another Classic for half the price. Glad I bought this one. It’s the one I always wanted. When the time comes, I may just show up with my boat or classic car. She knows how much I want one, and how long I’ve waited. Congrats on the boat. Good memories to be made.

 

I need a new plan.

 

Too bad. Anyone that can legally run the miles you do, definately understands the eld. The rest is textbook stuff. I suspect it’s easier to find a Safety Man than a good Driver. I’ve once tried to get into a Salesman position. Had the Customers knew the product. They just wanted Me to deliver the products. I had already passed up a good Opportunity to take over a Meat company on commission, running it for the Owner, who wanted to retire. I passed. Another Guy that ended up doing it, went from 2 cargo vans, to 14 Small Trucks. But Noooooo, I wanted to be a Trucker. The other deal was a Little Debbie route, for $25000, that has now grown and been split and sold again, in Dale Thompson’s area, that has grown a lot in 20 yrs. And Last a Boarheads meat franchise. Owners wanted to hire Me. Heard I was the favorite Driver of all the Customers. High end grocery, and gourmet food markets. Anyway, they moved back to Connecticut and sold the franchise. Now I see Boarshead everywhere. I see the Franchise now has 2 semis. So it goes. Wish I would have had the confidence at the time. Realize now, I knew as much as anyone else. About Produce, meat, fish , specialty foods. I was just tired of the Business. Wanted to be Trucking. Like my Dad.

 

I’d say that makes you an official insider. I mean everyone picks their nose. Lol.

 

Well I’m up early, drinking coffee. Only because I didn’t go to bed last night. Only way I’ll get turned around. Just in time to go back to work, and get turned around again. Be safe everyone. I think I’m a little bit over caffeinated. I drink it constantly, need to stay awake. Daughters coming over for a BBQ today. Her and her new tattoo. Ahhhhhh!! At least it’s a nice flower in a vase. All I can do is say “ That’s nice “. Whatever makes her happy, is fine with me.
