las vegas is good. i had a mortgage on a condo myself, 30 year loan 5.5% interest, i was paying $700 a month. 2bedroom 2bathroom condo. purchased in 2018

las vegas home price is increasing $$$. i would look somewhere else for a condo

 

Couple years ago could have bought two on Seven Hills Drive for $50K each. Bank repo's and the bank wanted them off the books ASAP. Those deals are extremely rare, so have to move fast or miss out.
Real estate lady called us about them and a one day hesitation caused us to miss out.
Lots of good buys in Las Vegas/Henderson/Clark County, on Zillow.

 

You forgot. The traffic is awful!

 

Not to mention all the Californians drunk and wondering around back there with their masks on.

 

If you like the southwest there are many more nicer areas in Arizona than Vegas.

 

Traffic isn't bad at all in and around Las Vegas. That's one thing about it that attracted me to move here.
