In this case the OP is in Pennsylvania-and that state has a LOT of township police that do commercial vehicle enforcement (Bethlehem Township and Upper Macungie Township especially are notorious for writing up CDL drivers for being on prohibited roads and/or illegal parking). And they WILL break out portable scales if they even suspect that a CMV is rolling heavy! OP,get an attorney and see if something can be worked out!

I was recommended to call a lawyer that works in the same county of the ticket.
That’s what i did. I talked to the lawyer yesterday he said he has worked with this court before, he even recognized the road where it happened so i guess i wasn’t the first one. Lawyer seemed cool i already paid him but then he asked me for my monthly income and expenses. Why?
Do you guys think some lawyers work with the court instead of the client?

    Coffey Thanks this.
