I have 6 point points on my license

Depends on the state, I know in GA 20 over is reckless driving. I got pulled over doing 147 in a 60 on the pa turnpike and got off with a ticket for 30 over because I actually stopped. That 30 over was like a normal ticket, I would have thought there would be something criminal but he said he could give me 30 over without it becoming a criminal matter. He was more surprised at how fast a pickup truck was going. 946hp RAM that I was trying to outrun a snow storm in. Ended up getting caught in it from the time I lost getting pulled over, had to sleep for a day and a half in the truck stuck on shoulder due to snow. Moral of the story is huge tickets are able to be overcome so don't get too discouraged and I'm a retard.

 

Does anyone know the exact requirements for Roehl's CDL training program? What I read said "acceptable driving record," but what does that mean? What if you have two points on your license, and one at fault accident in the last three years? Will that disqualify you?
