Superior Carriers

You gotta love a company that intentionally starves it's drivers. Local drivers sit home for weeks at a time while the company brings in drivers from other terminals to do the work.Oh and let's not forget the terminal manager that wants cash up front if you want a good load. Calling the higher ups to complain has no effect since the higher up is black and protecting his "brother". Of course bringing in the teamsters does no good, the company just fires everyone and has no concern for the drivers and their families, many of which have been with the company for many years. Thank you Superior(or should I say inferior). you were given years of hard work and dedication by many experienced drivers and you fire us all on Thanksgiving day. Sooner or later this will come back and bite you all in the ### and I'm just gonna sit back and laugh when it does. Oh and before I forget, the biodegradable trucks you "people" purchase will never be forgotten.I've never seen a bigger collection of trash in my life.

 

Happened in Keasbey. Drivers had no choice, it was either that or pay the TM for a load every week. I've been to High Point many times. nice terminal but watch yourself. The company will screw you in a heartbeat if it's in their best interest. I was there for Many years and learned not to believe all that crap you hear from the training center. The big bosses new what was going on but didn't care since the work was getting done regardless. Of course a black Tm and a black eastern region vp always look out for their "brotha's". This used to be a good company and We all enjoyed our jobs but I guess things change.
