How many apneas do you typically have per hour that you sleep, according to your CPAP machine?

Anything under 5.0 is considered "treated". Mine usually runs between 1.6 and 3.expedite_it Thanks this.

Mine also usually runs between 1.6 and 3. But without the CPAP machine, do you think we would be having a lot more apneas per hour than 1.6 to 3?

It would be hard to know without doing a sleep study. As decent as the facility where I did my test, it wasn't the same as sleeping in my own bed and I have to wonder if the test could have been done at home, if the results would have been different. As it is, the pressure on my machine was really high and I had a hard time with it. Until I found out how to get into the "Clinicians Settings" menu and started experimenting with lower pressures until I got where I am now.expedite_it Thanks this.

I drove for company that even let you idle if you had a cpap machine. They even took the truck into the shop and disabled the opti Idle.
