There were four us maniacs that pal'd in North Sacramento when I was 18ish.

When the first Gulf go round happened Mike came home after two tours. Jarhead. In the ####.

Him and another maniac go fishing. I don't go.

Tell Mike you better get a license.

So they come home.

Fishing without a license in possession of an undersized game fish.

Was like $400. That was nar 30 years ago.

 

We has arrived at a place.

A place that has fuel, coffee, parking, and most importantly.......Fuel Island Lasagne!!!!!

 

Believe me they were a little taken when I asked if source of entrée was a valid reason.

 

Not over cooking is the key imo. I've gotten good at judging temp and how long to coincide with the temperature of the steak ( like right out of the fridge, or been sitting awhile so it's ready room temp )
