Woman Hit By Truck: There Was No Black Ice

So this women said she felt fine and refused medical treatment.Then the next day
she says she feels terrible all over?Sounds to me like she must have heard that she
could make big bucks filing a lawsuit against the driver and his employer.

 

They have a satisfactory safety rating . No driver OOS in 130 inspections but with 81 power units 10 (now 11 , 2 fatal ) crashes in the last 24 months .

Black ice almost got me Saturday night on route 22E above Sisters, Oregon. I was all over the road from one lane to the other before I finally regained control, nearly gave me a heart attack. Thank God nobody else was on the road that night!
