Bypass temp sensor on tripack

Is there a way to bypass the inside temp sensor on the TK tripack? Every one I've had cools to a point and then shuts off for a while. Problem is I'm nice and cool when I fall asleep and wake up with the unit cycling on and off and I'm hot. I know the temp sensor os on the bottom of the control panel. Thank you.
