I stand corrected. My gut reaction was this is what happened to me last month when a fraudster swerved in front of me and slammed on the brakes.

What gets me, is the Camaro obvious isn’t a good Driver, cuts in too close over steers onto the shoulder. If you’re going to drive crazy around Me, at least have some skill at it.

that's the one...however, i thought he cut off the trucker, apparently, after viewing the video a few more times, seems he was about to miss his exit, and not getting that close to the truck....at least, not from my view

It doesn't matter. No reasonably sane driver is going to take such a risk transporting someone to the hospital.

I think what we have here is a classic case of a high performance car in the hands of a low performance driver.

Car was trying to take that exit at last second. Realized it was impossible and continued on. Just a hunch

That exit is the norm in the Chicago area. Doesn't matter how many lanes there are.

Sometimes I do get into the middle lane there, but that's just before a two- or three-mile upgrade and I was heavy. Generally I'm going about 50-55 mph by the time I get to the top of that hill when I'm heavy, so it's habit to risk the exit ramps for a couple of miles. I move over when I get to the top. Of course, last year when I was riding in the third lane from the right just a few miles further down the road, a Tesla hydroplaned going about 85 mph as he swerved from the slow lane over to right in front of me, bounced off the wall on the right, and came back over backwards for a direct head-on hit. So while I appreciate the middle lane argument, it's hard to win in Denver traffic.
