Why did you come back to trucking?

DRAGON'S TAIL??!!

I'll bet that would be a great experience on a motorcycle or in a car set up to handle like a sporty car.
Needless to say that stretch of road isn't a place for a Big truck. Although many inexperienced Big truck truck drivers have found their way there and continued past the warning signs, and there was a truckin' company tryin' to dispatch the shortest distance that actually encouraged their drivers to take that route, it's one route to avoid with a Big truck.

For those not familiar with the Dragon's Tail, ...... google it.

Personally though, I was speechless.

 

Speechless??? I can beat that! I came around one of those corners on my bike & met one of those white trucks from Arizona taking up the whole road. I wasn't speechless.... I was scared s**tless!

 

I think I'da been what comes AFTER s***less.
You know, the opposite of FULL of shehit (which I don't deny)

 

Go and Google "trucks on the dragons Tail videos" and there is one where a biker with a helmet cam comes around a corner and guess who in in his lane! Yep a Swifiy! Guy runs his bike off the road and crashes! I hope like hell he turned around and ran Swift down! There is another one about 10 minutes long of a Swift driver who is totally out of his element on that road! I LMFAO watching him trying to make curves!

Then there is the news report about the unmarked police cars patrolling the tail now and their focus is mainly bikes. Glad I ride a cruiser!

But it's been a few years since I've been there and I don't know when they made the TN section of the tail illegal for trucks! Anyone know?

 

I've been on the Dragon's Tail once. I was buzzin round the curves in my Duster with my 2 nephews in the car. One was going to get sick so I slowed down.
