I'm cheap. Legacy Siver in leather is like a soft football to me. 100 times better than a Bostom wide ride. Besides your a tall guy. Not sure my leg could make the swing anymore.

    So these things exist.

Being single and not looking to change that nor being a fan of actual boats this thing might be right up my alley for a little fishing and a little play. Just a bit expensive for what it is. Screenshot_20210703-183820_Chrome.jpg

Yep. I asked my boss for lightweight tarps. I suggested the Cordura ones. He bought me a pair of 14oz 8' lumber tarps. I hate them. They're still not light enough to pick up past my shoulders and they're still awful to fold up at the bottom for shorter stacks. So I bought (1) 24x27 w/flap as an experiment.
I like my boss. I'm not going to argue with him and he did do what I asked. I'll leave his MyTee crap tarps on the truck and not abuse them but I'll buy another of my tarps to use and take with me if I'm not in his truck anymore. It cost me 425$=+/- delivered. Heck- back when I was a 'professional woman' in an office I spent that in a year just on stockings so I don't feel like it was an unreasonable investment.

@HillbillyDeluxeTruck .... you really could just drop a quick hello and let us know how you are.
but at least I see you have been back off and on.
I hope things are going well enough. _/\_

um...it's a hole in the water to throw money into. doesn't really matter when you start tossing the cash, if you buy a boat the money's gonna go. just gotta get used to the idea.
probably cheaper make friends with someone who already has a boat. offer to buy good beer, pay for the gas and help wash the fish guts off after. much easier.
