    LMAO, best idea ever.

    He will win because none of his products cross trademark, his logo and theirs are different, its their own fault for chosing two stupid lines as a trademark. And there is a disclaimer right there on the site.

    While "parody" IS covered under "Fair Use", selling merchandise in conjunction with a "parody" might not be.

    Yeah it is. Southpark couldn't sell anything otherwise. They rip everything off. This has been through the courts a few times and ironed out pretty clearly.
