The rear u joint came out with a hot knife. It's tied up with a ratchet strap out of the way. It's ready to be towed from the rear. I just couldn't get it with the free fiddy tow truck.

 

Yeah but there's a drag strip like 15 minutes from the house and I'm feeling the desire to live my life 11 seconds at a time.

 

He’s just trying to use that windshield cleaner in the buckets to put out an electrical fire, but he could’ve had the courtesy to pull up so that when he went to get his smokes and double cheeseburger out the store another driver could’ve fueled his truck up

 

Not sure how many in here know of the guy that makes fun of the life hacks videos

That sucks. See my previous comments on how I feel about such things. I was traveling across i90 in south Dakota at 67mph like I do every week. The dot cop came out of the median and pulled me over. Wtf! He walks up to the passenger window and knocks. I roll it down and I kid you not, he says, "you weren't doing anything wrong, I just want to check your papers". WTF, gustoppo! No reason of suspicion, no probable cause...no nothing. In what other facet of life would that fly? I handed him my book, logs and license and he was off. It took long enough that I missed my unloading appointment and it set me a day back because I couldn't unload until the next morning. Sucked all around. But...hey...I was good to go on my way...papers intact.
