Oh yeah man, and now it's so easy to get some dollars just by the click bait. I'll tell you what, those headlines get me more often than I care to admit to. I do think its important to have that ability of discernment, and remain objective. I try very hard to do so, and I'm surely not per9at it. I just can't understand why everything has to be tied to one side or another. I think we all as a society could stand to open the mind some, and evolve the thinking to today.

@slow.rider I completely agree with you and support you bringing it here. I do think it took some balls though! I wouldn't have brought it up. Lol.
I have 2 things to add:
1. I don't get advice about how to fix my car from a hair dresser. I go to a mechanic. The folks who are the most knowledgeable, respected and held in highest esteem regarding virology, pandemics and public health are in complete agreement that the vaccine is safe and it is beneficial for everyone to get. My opinion is I'm gonna take the advice of those who have the best knowledge, experience and insight to lend such. I'll trust their advice. Regardlesss, nothing is guaranteed.
2. Everytime the vaccine spreads from one person to another, it has the potential to mutate into something alittle bit different. That's what they call the variants. It is no guarantee that existing vaccines will be effective with new variants. So, by decreasing the spread it also decreases the chances that a new variant will develop that isn't stopped by existing vaccines. That would take us back to step one. That's why it is better for all to get vaccinated. The more the better because it lessens the chances this thing could rage again as it did not long ago. If this weren't the case, I can see how if you don't want to get the vaccine, that's your decision. But, by not getting it, you are increasing the chances it could kill alot more than it has. So, in my opinion, not getting the vaccine is not only stupid, it is also a very narcissistic and selfish thing to do. You not only endanger yourself, but also the rest of us who have the common sense to see when someone is trying to hoodwink us for political bs and not fall for it.
I'm personally amazed so many are gullible to the easily disproven and obviously malicious disinformation about the anti-vaccine stuff.mpd240, slow.rider and Muskie Thank this. -
That is probably the reason big media and big tech are censoring information on the harm that some have experienced from taking the vaccines, and censoring the fact that the vaccines haven't been through thorough testing and approval by the FDA, or the reason for Doctor Fukmi to be working overtime to hide his involvement in the gain of function research that is highly likely to have been the reason for the virus in the first place. [long sentence with coordinating junctions intended]
The bottom line is, have your vaccine if you feel that it's the right move, and for many it probably is. Others not so much. -
I'm pretty sure I've had the Covid. I did not enjoy it. I didn't take the vax, and have not regretted my choice. I do not intend to get the vaccine, not have I ever taken a flu vax.
Obamacare was about socialist employment solutions as best as I understand it. A lot of chicks I have met on the dating sites have jobs as nurses, presumably because of Obamacare providing them employment. I get it I haven't given in tho. I see all the single mothers out there. I wonder if they ever think about how things might have been different.
I see the 30% success rate of marriages. I see a lot of women following the media produced equality narrative, and thinking because of what they have been led to believe, that things would be best should they find a major corporation to join, and that they can pay people to do the domestic tasks they might otherwise be doing. I see the propaganda labeling people like me a ***"ist for talking about things in the way they were discussed before the takeover. I see things. I think it is unfortunate if men were not giving credit where credit was due prior to the 1960s led women to believe they have to do career first rather than family first. I see how housing prices now reflect two high wage earners to secure a hone. I understand economics, and know that should men and women been able to come to a different agreement, perhaps an acknowledgment that mothering and domestic tasks have just as much value as employment, perhaps more that things might look different. I see that.
I see how the socialists like bernie say we are gonna need more government intervention to make this right. I see how that will be very difficult for small business to pay for it. I see the slippery slope.
Y'all see it too right?Roger McG, dwells40 and Short Fuse EOD Thank this. -
An important correction.
The media is not pushing for equality. They are pushing for equity.
Equality is a basic human right.
Equity is a Marxist political construct. -
You'll to forgive me....I'm really trying to see the point of your post here.
