No, I was sued by Flying J over (what started out as) a "Parody" website.
They eventually lost, and that (court/lawyer) #### isn't cheap.

 

I think you have confused "SouthPark" (the cartoon) with "NORTH FACE", the subject of this thread.....

 

No, we're talking about parody and fair use laws. You just said you had a case filed against you for it and won. So did most everyone else that's been sued for it. I didn't say they can't sue, I said they'll lose. The laws might not be perfectly clear cut but there's enough precedent set that if you had that much trouble your lawyer either sucked or was ripping you off. Probably both, knowing lawyers.
