I've been on the phone with a friend who is stuck on I64 in WV and they have the highway shut down due to an accident about 3 miles from his location. They have been told the highway won't reopen until tomorrow. They are saying 20-24" of snow in the Roanoke VA area. He is about 160 miles from home, and was supposed to be there tonight for Christmas with his family.

The snow is coming down at a rate of 2" per hour in Roanoke, and his girlfriend says they have closed all the interstates there now.

If you're headed to Charleston, SC you can expect delays as there's major flooding going on there.
