    Im not the greatest mechanic, nor do I pretend to be one, but I know enough. Enough to open the hood and check oil and coolant levels :).

    Can any one please tell me their expertise opinion on my cluster pic to see if all arrows point to the right direction. for those miles I believe its fine since ISX dealer says 18-20 PSI is normal for idle.

    That's true, I replaced injector # 2 and adjust the valves 1,2 and 3 only later when I put the truck back to work drop from 35 psi to 31.
