I don't have any school time because I went straight to just renting the Calhoun tractor trailer and straight to the test.

Most won't. I'm not trying to be an ahole, but with your history, no 160 hour certificate, it will be tough to find a company worth working for. Most won't even be able to insure you. Good luck.

Western Express has a dry van division that might work for you. About 30 minutes ago I saw one of their trucks, dry van and nice looking Volvo tractor, running through Las Vegas.
    Don't need cdl school; just a CDL-A.
    Felons welcome.

Wow 21 and doesn't want to do physical work? Good luck in life. I was 21 pumping jet fuel at the local airport, cleaning the building and towing airplanes. That was my "first step" into the transportation industry.

Oh yea, all of that with a 4 year college degree. Oh did I mention it was night shift as that was the only shift that was open? Try towing airplanes in the dark at 2am with 6 inches of clearance on each wingtip. That'll make a man out of you real quick. Oh yea, and it's pouring down rain.

If you have a felony you're going to have to accept jobs you don't want until you can prove yourself worthy of hire to a better job. You are only 21 and were a felon at 18? You don't really have the best history of making good choices. I have to agree with that one guy saying he doesn't think truck driving is for you. At least not yet. You've still got some growing up to do.
