I spent 95% of my trucking career without a check engine light

 

Yeah I'm hoping it's just an idol code,need to get a steer changed anyway.

 

Code was idle,new steer tire,we're headed to Wisconsin for Monday.

 

Was told not to worry about them until they start to flash… lol

 

Ugh! You tell your doctor you need a note to return to work AND you tell them that you need it worded in a VERY SPECIFIC WAY so that HR and safety will allow you to return to said work. THEN, when you go to pick up said document, the wording is not correct AND the doctor is off until Monday, so you cannot pick up the document until then AND cannot go back to work until then either. I swear! How hard is it to say “May return to work with no restrictions.”? Instead, I get “may assume usual work activities.”, which to me is the same thing, but according to safety, is not. Whatever. FML!!!! I have to laugh, though, or else I’m gonna throttle someone.

Drove through WM last night on I55. I honked just in cases any of you yahoos happened to be on the Yard. It was after hours so stopping to see my old DM was not in the cards.
