True. But that wasn't the issue. The issue is the person claiming there is nothing wrong with CRST. The only people that can claim that, straight face or not, would be a recruiter.
I mean of all the mega's out there CRST is near the bottom of the bottom of the heap. There is nothing good about them.

Remember, this is the mega that actively sues other trucking companies for hiring a driver under contract.

You know something man, most of us came up through a mega....we learned our lessons and we moved on. CRST is no better or worse than the rest.
The OP was probably hot and he knew it and wanted to blame CRST.
I'll take a pee test every day from now to kingdom come, and I won't be hot.

Never worked for CRST. I do however have the ability to read.....Any company so desperate to retain their drivers they sue other companies that hire them is actually very much worse then the average mega...

 

That's not what they got sued for. And they didn't get sued the other guys did.
What they sued for was other companies were hijacking they're drivers after THEY trained them.
Seems reasonable enough to me.
I train you, you owe me.
Simple enough.
And, reasonable enough.

 

After reading through this all, and a lot of my brother drivers surmised; number 1, he didn't have a full straight four year driving record going to CRST; number 2, he knew he was going to piss dirty. number 3, any man who is worried about his wife checking his phone is a ##### whipped loser.

 

Except they are the only company that does this. Every other one sues the driver for the money owed (Or sends to a collection agency). Only CRST sues other companies.

 

And that's better how?

 

They are going after the driver that breaks the contract. Not some 3rd party that has nothing to do with the contract.
