Stories abound here about that sort of thing. One in particular I remember from way back about a guy in GA went something like this. He was home, but since his truck wasn’t “X” number of feet off the travelled portion of the road it wasn’t considered legally parked. Then a drunk driver came along, hit the truck, and was killed. His family sued and the trucker lost everything.

Parasites is too kind of a word to describe the vile creatures. And rotting in the 7th circle of hell for an eternity is too nice of punishment for them when they leave this earth. Regular lawyers are parasites at best, but a slip and fall lawyer is a special breed. I've yet to figure out what possesses a person to one day say

I can only imagine how much they make, more than I'll ever dream of, and I'm sure they sleep like a baby, but I still say all of them need to be buried in an unmarked mass grave.

Ironically had driver shut off lights and put out triangles he might not of been hit . Many people drive straight at taillights . In bad weather it’s common to see two or three vehicles in the ditch at the same spot. I once watched two company trucks who were passing everyone and dusting them out in heavy snow a truck further up in line up safety switched lanes and kicked up a storm both of the trucks drove into median and second truck lightly rear ended first one . Boy were people laughing on the CB at the fools.

I heard on that video,no red flags on end. That right there is all she wrote for the driver period. All the rest is irrelevant when the TX Hammer gets that truck in court
