    Thank you so much, I found wrecked truck with same engine and I removed this valve and turbo for $200 but I could not tell exactly where is 1/4 line on the bottom port connected to as it was all tangled in there with million other lines, if I see it correctly on the picture your turbo has a filter? If it is it's cool I never seen one before

    No, that's the oil filter for the engine. The pic just makes it look like it's part of the turbo.

    It's just a stock Holset HE551. You can get them all over the place.

    If you have a Cummins ISX CM870, it's the factory turbo, and it's perfectly fine. Price is all over the place. Just Google it, call your dealer, or call Cummins.
