99 was closed for some type of utility work. Then the other bridge was closed for a beam damage or something. Some of the side roads on 99 were closed for the utility work.

The red marks were where the 2 were closed until just a bit ago. I was supposed to go up 99 to the 6700 marginal (circle). We had to exit when 99 started. Tried 1 detour. But it was closed. Finally called it. Getting ready to go back99 N.
