Are those nitrogen accumulators up on the front of the neck, for shock absorption?
ETA: After looking a bit closer they appear to be a series of dogs that carries the load rather than the cylinders, but I really have no idea.....hence the question.

there are 4 air pins by per side that lock in the neck height to carry the pressure when going down the road - that way if the hydraulics bleed off the crap doesn’t fall or climb
there are also pins in the vertical of the neck to lock the schnabel in n place -
I would have to get a Uber to take me back to check the trailer tires.
