Im seeing truck dealerships with lots full of new trucks. The market is going to flip soon. Get all you can get this holiday season. Brokers are sour, payback will be a #####.

Had a team in Tacoma WA couple days ago. The brokers (including LS) for those heavy hitters, were all waiting on chassis to get their containers trans loaded. There are massive backups everywhere you look.

Flip side had a customer in NY that had a super critical load that couldn’t find coverage. Actually it was a customer of a customer who sought our services. Got them served and picked a new customer in the process.

Opportunities to be had coast to coast.

It happened in the late 90s early 2000’s. Pretty much stayed stagnant till around 2012.

If a broker let these prices eat his margins instead of increasing rate at the shipper, that's his problem.

I am an O/O for the money. When I was a company driver and decided to become an O/O, it was because I needed to make more and companies couldn't give me what I needed to make. Being an O/O is a major commitment and a 7 day a week job. Its not for everyone, but it works for me.

You got that right. It never ends! We're lying whenever we log Line One because we're NEVER really "off duty".

Hopefully it doesn't, but it's true about the hungry doing work for cheaper.
