The green card is as simple as filling out a form and it’s given on site. You may be correct. But it’s very very easy for me.

I'm from Oregon. Visited Hope, B.C. several years ago and met some Indians up there who lived along the river. Such a beautiful area.
-
Yep that's what he said. Status card and green card good to go.
-
It’s gods country for sure. Sadly we had many many fires In my area. Just hoping my community makes it threw it. Lucky been raining for couple days.Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this.

Thank you finally someone who’s heard the same thing. The lady said status card gets me green card which is my loop hole. Now they say the trucks illegal so I’ll ask again and again about that part
-
-
True, this is why I never idle the truck when sleeping in liberal states, no matter how hot it is
-
Could be correct. They kept saying the word reciprocity. Which until I looked it up didn’t know what it meant. They said my license and vehicle falls under reciprocity. And my status card gets my green card so I’m 100% good to go! So I’m not sure how to say it any different.

I know plenty of mexican drivers working out in the oilfields of Texas doing just that working with a mexican CDL, don't tell those guys they were breaking the law.

Oh and BTW there are exemptions with any laws, take the foraker act. It basically states that only a US ship can be used with a US crew, so I own a sailboat that wasn't made in the US but in Costa Rica which legally means that I can't use it for commerce be it hauling cargo or charter services. But I can apply for an exemption that would legally allow me to do both and it's easy as pie to get.
