Are the bonuses legit over there? Any smartpass on the trucks?

 

I'm looking at them and dynamic transport out of granite city,il nice trucks and nice areas to run.

 

Everything is legit here. I can’t say anything was misrepresented to me prior to coming on board.

Ty for the info. I'm about average length of haul what would you say it is there? Is it unheard of to go from the Midwest out to Cali and back or is that rare I'm an old school long haul guy. Drop and hooks they said 70 to 80 percent is that realistic? Just confirming with the drivers that actually do it day to day ya know. Sorry I don't trust any recruiter.

 

I'm regional, home every weekend....last check was 39xx miles. Granted everything lined up for that to happen as my previous best was 3400, but I would think OTR would be easier to attain those numbers. D&H numbers are pretty close...some weeks better than others obviously. From what I experienced....the recruiters aren't pulling any strings. I know we have west coast freight, so CA and back shouldn't be an issue.

That just depends on your experience level, length of time at your previous employers, e c t. Everyone starts out at different rates obviously based on their own track record.

 

If you are expecting 65 cents per mile to start however, just look elsewhere. If you already have a app and they are verifying your info then you should have already been told what you can expect to start at. If you want to brag about making $0.65 per mile I'm sure one of the white Volvo companies out of Chicago would be happy to hire you and put you on a 10-99 with 2000 miles per week, or you could come here run all the miles you want, and make a good living.
