    What an utter defecation show.........

    The lead in:

Facility manager is a sales type and the son of a friend of the owners. Has been away from the facility since Mid July

Warehouse Manger is mostly useless "Yes Boss, I'll delegate that" type. out of the office last week after testing positive for the woo-tang flue.

Warehouse has been on inventory hold since Mid July. Finally got the o.k. to start moving product middle of last week. They started moving stuff from the isles up into the pallet racking. Will be shutting down again in a week or two for another inventory.

There are 16 unopened containers of product in the yard, add on a couple of trailers of customer returns from early July that have not been processed.

Dock and warehouse crew has been departing for greener pastures since late June and only one has been replaced. I think they are down to 4 people actually touching product.

Facility manager (vacation boy) sends out an e-mail asking if I am set to start picking stuff up at the port on Monday...... Warehouse manager (flue boy) forwards it to me asking if I have gotten any "container released" e-mail yet. Responded back to all that per the port the ship is not supposed to arrive until Tuesday. Then asked where he would like the containers put because we are out of yard space with the 16 full containers from the last 2 ships...................

I think it's time to call the folks back east and ask if the big bosses realize they are dropping $100 per container per day for all the ones that are sitting in the yard.
