What are the pros and cons being regional trucker in evening shift starting at 4:30 pm.....
Is it really worth it? How long do they work?
What's I like being a trucker in evening shift 4:30 pm regional trucker?

16:30 is a decent start time although I would not want to be having to depart GTA until 19:00.
I have a 19:30 departure in NW Ontario and return to yard 4:00 with 450 miles behind me.Canadianhauler21 Thanks this. -
If i was getting paid hourly, i would want to start in the am so that i can enjoy the afternoon with the family and head to bed around 9-10.

starting in the am doesn’t necessarily mean you will able to spend more time with the family . it really depends on how each company operates. my company and most around the gta it’s different start times every day could be 6am or 9 am . if you work a 11 or 12 hr shift and depending if you live near a major city with traffic you’re not getting home until late
I prefer my shift 4:30pm and finish around 03:30-4am sunday-thursday. i’m off most of friday , all day saturday and back sunday at 4:30pm so most of sunday as well . i like it better then monday- fridayCanadianhauler21 Thanks this.
