I hate to break this to you, but "Science" the simplistic way you reference it is not a thing. It's not like you look at a color wheel and everyone agrees, yep, this color here is Science, so it's settled and we are all in agreement. You describe it as though if one believes in "Science" they will do and believe everything ####amamie thing liberals say one should do, or else they obviously oppose science.

We could break this whole thing down further by saying that many things exist on a spectrum or continuum. A household raising children in a dirtier environment may very well have kids with very strong immune systems vs a household that is sterile (free of germs) and believes in every possible prophylactic treatment known to man.

If you hadn't heard, the medical system here in the states is one of the biggest and possibly most profitable industries we have. They are looking for profits first, your health second. They sell all manner of treatment's, salves, procedures, etc that both do not work and are unnecessary. Up in their mix are also things that do work and procedures that are useful or needed. But again, it's not monolithic or black and white like the "Science" you reference.

Furthermore, with the advent of the internet, one can do quite thorough research on what ails them, and they may very well come up with a different and more correct answer than a physician, which makes sense as they have the ailment while their physician does not and must rely on their descriptions of it.

Sounds like you just made that up pal. Science is NOT open to interpretation. Philosophy is, ideology is but science is peer reviewed and documented. Thus becoming SCIENTIFIC FACT. Economics is just that... monetary value over balances of sum and value equating worth. And morality is subjective to ONE'S interpretation. I find it moral to procreate. Doesn't mean someone who practice abstinence does.

 

My precious 1.5 and 10 year old just had Covid along with 6 other family members. We all beat it by doing………nothing. Vax or not we all had same symptoms. Took Mucinex for congestion.

 

How close to the science community are you?

 

For me, I find this comment interesting! Yes, I could say anything here and make all kinds of claims. I can ONLY speak for myself! I have spoken to several "Doctors" over these past 18 months and I feel that I have been given some great information. I don't make health decisions based on an internet forum! You should also not seek out an echo chamber either! I have the jab, got it in May! I am also Covid positive!

 

I've said it since day 1: do what works for you, I don't care if you take it or not. But don't EVER tell me what I should do.

 

Okay, so let’s take a closer look.

The science: Currently the science though many studies has shown that natural immunity is far superior to vaccines. That’s what science is showing us now. Maybe in the future that may change, or it may not. Science is not settled.

The economics: Big pharma and their many political partners fully understand and the power and wealth of pushing vaccines that don’t work well enough to justify the risk, outside of, perhaps the most vulnerable amongst us. Money. Look where the money and power trails lead. But economics is fluid. Time can and probably not be kind to those that profit today.

Morality: Anyone that tries to force their medical wishes on my body has different morals than I do. I guess there isn’t much that can chance that.

 

I like to look at both sides of an issue and base my decisions off all available information as well.

 

I wholeheartedly disagree. There's an argument that "ALL LIVE MATTER" RIGHT? I mean if that's the case that means I'm to be concerned about your welfare. YES my kids and I are vaccinated. Only someone selfish and dismissive would say for me not to worry about anyone when I in fact my come in contact of the likes of those that could compromise our health. The vaccination stoped the original strain of COVID-19 from killing you and hospitalizing you possibly. Now that the unvaccinated has allowed the virus to mutate now the variants are more deadlier (FLORIDA) to the unvaccinated and compromises the vaccinated. So it is my business to worry about you. I'm sick if masks, quarantining, social distancing and these deaths due to misinformation and blatant lies.

 

You don't need to worry about me, I'll worry about me.
