How much would you charge monthly?

Depends upon the location. Majority of the lots in Houston are around $150 - $200 depending upon location with two lots we are working on in FL that run $180 per month. You can find $120-$130 per month here but it is very much park at your won risk and most of them don't even have a fence. The ones we are working on are $150 per month and all of which have 28,000lumen LED lights, 4k Security Cameras, Privacy fence with a commercial gate and clicker for each truck. We also bring in a few truck loads of stabilization as needed to fill in any ruts and help maintain the compaction. Some have lot attendants / security at night (9pm-3:30am or 10pm-4am).

Well, after a lot of hard work and the great feedback I've been given from all the members on the forum, we have decided to roll out our first of many truck lots! This lot is located in NE Houston right next to beltway 8. I have attached some 3D renderings to scale of what the final product will look like. We expect to start parking trucks next month so sign up if you want to be notified (Join Now) when this lot as well as our other lots throughout the US open!

Based on the demand in the area, this lot will be mainly filled with local haulers but is truly open to any trucker for that matter. Each lot will have different amenities but our goal is not to create a truck stop or compete with Loves, Flying J etc., but to provide a secure spot for truckers to park. The lots in and around Houston are bursting at the seams.

We are expanding quickly and are currently looking in five different markets so if you know of an area where you have experienced little to no options for parking let us know! All comments welcome!

For some reason I thought you were trying to make an elephant graveyard.
This looks very cool indeed especially depending on what goes in the buildings.
Can we have one in Denver?

The perfect truck storage lot has a special section for Swift. With rubber barriers so they won't hurt themselves. :)
